This is the first concept of my photo. It's a manipulation... I've already gotten a critique from Joshua Krause. Any other ideas or something I can improve on?
I once read a story about a girl who had an art class... She told her teacher she couldn't draw or paint. The teacher told her that anything could be art, just put the pen to the paper. So she sat there for a long time, and then put the pen to the paper... and created a dot. She showed it to the teacher and apologized for not being able to think of anything.
However, the teacher looked at it, gave the paper back to her, and said, "Sign it."
And so she went on to become a famous artist.
One day, a little boy came to her gallery in a museum, and said he wished he could make art like her. She told him that he could do anything, but he said that he couldn't even draw a straight line. She asked him to draw something for her, but after one squiggly line, he handed her the paper and apologized for not being able to think of anything to draw.
She looked at it, gave the paper back to him, and said, "Sign it."
